This microsite belongs to Histogram, s.r.o. We only process what you write to us in the enquiry form, and we sell none of it.
Who the controller is

What we collect and why
From the form: name, email, and optionally phone, company, dates, location, your message and the services you picked. We use it solely to answer your enquiry and put a crew together. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and our legitimate interest in replying.
Who sees the data
Email is sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.) and the enquiry is stored in Supabase. Both processors are covered by standard contractual clauses. We pass the data to no one else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted three years after the last message, unless a job comes out of it — then statutory accounting periods apply.
Cookies
Necessary cookies only remember your consent and your chosen theme (light or dark). Optional analytics cookies are set only after you agree, and you can withdraw that at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. Write to produkce@histogram.cz. You may also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority.
